Ever since i was a child, art has been my love language. I have always loved putting outfits together, creating designs, and expressing myself throughcreativity in all its forms.

Fashion became one of the deepest ways i connected to myself , my culture , and my roots. Through my designs , i express my love for my motherland, my hometown, Abeokuta, and Adire : the beautiful fabric that originated there .

What started as creating peices for myself slowly became a passion. I found joy in designing fabrics, shaping silhouettes and turning emotions into wearable art. Over time, people began asking for my peices, and thats when i realized my art was no longer meant for just me.

So i created ILEKE , a space where culture, emotion, storytelling, and modern African fashion could exist together. Every peice is created with intention, designed to make women feel bold, seen, and magical
